Role-Based Team Management for Your Real Estate CRM

Qvoo’s Team module in our real estate CRM software lets you add admins, sales agents, telecallers and back-office staff, assign them the right roles, and control exactly what they can see and do. View all team members in one place with their role, status and user limits, so your brokerage or developer organisation always knows who is active inside the CRM.

Create custom roles like Sales Executive, Channel Partner Manager or Field Agent and define granular permissions for leads, properties, contacts, invoices, tasks and customers. Give front-line teams the access they need to move deals forward, while keeping approvals and sensitive data restricted to managers and founders with secure, role-based access control.

Built for Real Estate Teams, Roles & Access Control

The Team module in Qvoo is designed for how Indian real-estate brokerages and developers actually work — with multiple admins, sales agents, telecallers and back-office users sharing the same CRM.

  • See every team member in one place with their role, status and login access.
  • Quickly understand how many admins, employees and licenses are being used.
  • Onboard new users in minutes with predefined roles and permissions ready to go.

What You Can Do in the Team Module

From a single team screen, you can manage users, define role-based permissions and protect sensitive data, while keeping your real estate CRM organised and compliant.

  • Add team members with role-based access – invite admins, sales executives, channel partners and back-office staff with the right level of control from day one.
  • Create custom roles that match your organisation – build profiles like Sales Executive, Telecaller, Site Visit Coordinator, Manager or Field Agent based on how your team is structured.
  • Control permissions for every module – decide who can view, create, edit or delete data in Leads, Properties, Contacts, Invoices, Tasks and Customers.
  • Protect sensitive information – keep pricing, commissions, payouts and high-value customer details visible only to managers, directors and specific trusted roles.
  • Limit access with restricted views – allow teams to see only their assigned leads, projects or tasks, reducing confusion and data leakage across offices.
  • Maintain accountability with clear ownership – every action is tied to a user, so you know who updated a lead, changed a status or created an invoice inside the CRM.
  • Stay audit-ready as you scale – structured team management and role-based access control help you meet internal compliance, franchise rules and builder agreements.
Why teams rely on Qvoo Team Module

Why Qvoo’s Team Module Becomes the Control Room for Your Users, Roles & Permissions

The Team module is the central place where you manage every user in your real estate CRM – from admins and sales executives to telecallers, channel partners and back-office staff. Instead of sharing passwords or giving everyone full access, you define exactly who can see, edit and approve data across Qvoo.

  • Single view of your entire CRM team. See all active users, their roles, sub-roles and status in one place – including how many admin and employee licenses are being used.
  • Fast, secure onboarding for new joiners. Add a new team member with name, email, phone and password, then assign a role like Admin, Sales Executive or Telecaller in seconds.
  • Custom roles for every type of real estate user. Create profiles such as Channel Partner Manager, Site Visit Coordinator, Field Agent or Data Entry with permissions tailored to how your brokerage or developer team works.
  • Granular control across all CRM modules. Decide who can view, create, edit or delete data in Leads, Properties, Contacts, Invoices, Tasks and Customers – without touching code or asking IT.
  • Protect sensitive and high-value information. Keep commissions, pricing, payouts and VIP customer details visible only to designated managers, directors and trusted roles.
  • Cleaner ownership and accountability. Every action in the CRM is linked to a specific user, so you always know who updated a lead, changed a stage or issued an invoice.
  • Scales with your growing team and branches. As you add new projects, cities or franchise offices, role-based access control keeps data separated, secure and easy to manage.

In short, Qvoo’s Team module turns your real estate CRM into a secure, role-driven workspace – where every user has just the right access to do their job, and your business data stays protected as you scale.

Admin control & governance

Give founders, directors and senior managers a clean way to approve who gets access, what they can see, and which modules they can work inside – without micro-managing every login.

Stronger data security

Role-based permissions, restricted views and clear ownership help prevent data leaks, misuse of customer information and accidental changes to critical records.

Better team discipline

When each user logs into their own account with defined permissions, it becomes easier to track activity, measure performance and maintain compliance across branches and partner teams.

Team Module FAQ

Answers to common questions about managing users, roles, permissions and data security inside the Qvoo Team module.

  • The Team module is the central place where you manage every user in your real estate CRM. From here you can add team members, assign roles and sub-roles, and control exactly what each person can view, edit or delete in Qvoo – across leads, properties, contacts, invoices, tasks and customers.
  • Admins typically have full control to configure modules, manage users and see all data. Employees (such as sales executives, telecallers, coordinators) have restricted access based on the permissions you set. You can also create custom roles – for example “Channel Partner Manager” or “Field Agent” – and give each role its own combination of access rights tailored to your organisation structure.
  • Yes. Inside the Roles & Permissions area of the Team module, you can create custom roles and define granular permissions for each Qvoo module. For example, a Telecaller can view and update Leads, but not see Invoices; a Manager can access Properties and Customers; while an Admin can control everything end to end. No coding is required – it’s all done with simple toggles.
  • Go to the Team Members tab and click on “Add Member”. Enter the person’s name, email address, phone number and a login password, then assign a role (Admin or Employee) and, if needed, a sub-role such as Sales Executive, Channel Partner Manager or Data Entry. Once saved, they receive access based on the role and permissions you’ve configured in the Team module.
  • Yes. Using role-based permissions and visibility settings, you can restrict users to see only their assigned leads, tasks, projects or specific offices. This is especially useful for brokerages with multiple branches, channel partners or city-wise teams where you don’t want every user to see all inventory and customer data in the CRM.
  • When a team member leaves or changes position, you can instantly deactivate their account or update their role from the Team module. Their historical activity, notes and updates remain safely recorded under their name, but they can no longer log in once access is revoked. This keeps your CRM secure while preserving a clear audit trail of who did what in the system.
  • Yes. Many Qvoo customers use the Team module to manage users across different branches, cities and partner networks. By combining custom roles with restricted visibility, you can give each office or channel partner its own view of leads and properties, while head office admins and managers still retain a complete, top-level picture of the business.
  • Because every user gets their own login with clearly defined permissions, you avoid unsafe practices like shared passwords or “everyone is admin”. Role-based access control reduces the risk of data leaks, keeps commission and pricing details restricted, and builds a clean audit trail of activity – which helps with accountability and organizational compliance.
