  • The Tasks module is your central hub to organise day-to-day work for your real estate team. It helps you create, assign, prioritise, and track tasks across stages like To Do, Active, In Progress, and Completed — so nothing important slips through the cracks.
  • Tasks are shown on a Kanban-style board with four main columns: To Do, Active, In Progress, and Completed. Each card displays the task title, assignee, and priority. As work moves forward, you simply drag and drop tasks from one column to the next to reflect real-time progress.
  • Yes. While creating or editing a task, you can choose the assigned team member, set a due date and time, and mark its priority. This makes ownership crystal clear and ensures your team knows what needs to be completed by when.
  • The Tasks module includes a Filter & Sort panel so you can view tasks by newest, oldest, highest priority, or lowest priority. You can also filter by assigned user. This is especially useful for managers who want to quickly see which tasks are pending for each team member.
  • Absolutely. Clicking on any task card opens the Task Details panel, where you can update the title, description, priority, assignee, due date, and status. You can also delete a task from the same panel if it is no longer needed.
  • Teams commonly use tasks for lead follow-ups, owner and builder coordination, site visit scheduling, document preparation, and internal reminders. Anything that needs to be remembered, delegated, or tracked to completion can be converted into a task in Qvoo.
  • Completed tasks are moved into the Completed column. They are not deleted — you can still open them later to see who worked on them and when they were closed. This gives you a clear history of work done by your team over time.
  • Yes. Your team can access Qvoo from mobile to review their tasks, update statuses, and close items as they complete follow-ups or site visits. This keeps your board updated throughout the day instead of waiting for end-of-day reporting.
