By accessing and using Qvoo services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
We provide a comprehensive real estate CRM solution, including lead management, property management, client relationship management, invoicing, and related services. We may modify or discontinue aspects of the Service at any time, with notice where reasonably possible.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for subscription services is due in advance.
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our cancellation/refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
5. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data. All personal and client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we implement security measures to safeguard it.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- We may retain certain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Parties may consider good-faith mediation before litigation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be notified via email or in-product messages and take effect from the stated date.
