Security & Infrastructure
Our Commitment
We understand that brokers, property managers, and channel partners trust Qvoo with sensitive business data. Security is at the heart of our design. Our infrastructure, policies, and practices are built to safeguard your data and keep you compliant with India’s DPDP Act 2023 and other regional norms.
Dedicated Servers
Each client operates on a dedicated server environment. Your CRM data is never mixed with other customers. Servers are provisioned with:
- Encrypted data storage (AES-256 at rest).
- Secure TLS/HTTPS for all in-transit communication.
- Geo-specific hosting (India/Singapore) for low latency and compliance.
Access Controls
- Role-based permissions within CRM for brokers, admins, and channel partners.
- Temporary login for support — we only access systems at your request and you can reset credentials via OTP anytime.
- MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) recommended for sensitive roles.
Monitoring & Auditing
- Continuous monitoring of uptime, performance, and potential intrusions.
- Audit logs for system activity and admin access.
- Regular patching and vulnerability scans.
Data Backup & Recovery
We maintain daily backups of client servers and periodic snapshots. Disaster recovery protocols ensure services can be restored with minimal downtime in case of hardware failure or data corruption.
Compliance
Our systems and processes align with:
- DPDP Act 2023 (India) — privacy and grievance officer requirements.
- GDPR principles (where applicable to clients with EU operations).
- Industry best practices for B2B SaaS and CRM operations.
Shared Responsibility
While we secure infrastructure and enforce strict safeguards, clients are responsible for:
- Maintaining strong passwords and rotating them regularly.
- Using OTP/MFA when available.
- Restricting user roles and monitoring account activity within their team.
