Why brokers love Qvoo Properties
Why Qvoo’s Properties Module Works So Well for Real Estate Brokers
Most brokers already live inside WhatsApp, phone calls, and Excel. Qvoo’s Properties module is built to fit
into that reality – not fight it. It becomes your single, clean place to see inventory, share it with clients,
and keep your team on the same page.
Zero “CRM fear” for your team. The interface feels like a modern app – simple tabs,
big property cards, and familiar filters, so even non-technical agents start using it from day one.
Instant answers for every client query. When a buyer asks “2 BHK in South Bopal under 70L?”,
your team can filter by budget, location, and status in seconds instead of digging through old Excel files
or WhatsApp forwards.
Always-updated inventory. Because adding, editing, and archiving properties is easy,
brokers actually keep the system updated – which means fewer double-bookings, dead listings, or “sir yeh sold ho chuka hai”.
Built-in WhatsApp sharing. Instead of copy-pasting text and photos again and again, you can
share one or multiple properties directly from Qvoo with clean, formatted details.
Perfect for channel partners & multi-project teams. Group inventory by project, builder,
or team so everyone knows exactly what to push this week – without asking “latest inventory bhejo”.
Owner, builder & client history in one place. Every property carries its context –
owner info, notes, and deal history – so if an agent leaves, the relationship doesn’t disappear with them.
In short, Qvoo’s Properties module helps brokers spend less time searching for the right property,
and more time actually closing deals.
Day-to-day usage
Designed for daily use by brokers, telecallers, and site-visit coordinators – not just managers
looking at reports once a month.
Fewer missed deals
Clear status tabs (Active, Sold, Archive, Negotiation) help your team avoid offering sold units and focus
only on real, live inventory.
Team alignment
Everyone sees the same source of truth – so builders, channel partners, and internal sales teams stay
aligned on which properties to push and which to park.

PROPERTIES MODULE
Property Module – Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about managing property inventory inside Qvoo Real Estate CRM.
What exactly does the Qvoo Properties module do?
The Properties module is your central inventory hub. It lets you add, edit, and organize all your listings
in one place with photos, prices, configurations, locations, status, owner details, and more. You can switch
between grid and list views, filter by any key field, and take bulk actions like share, update status, or archive.
Can I manage both sale and rental properties in Qvoo?
Yes. Each property supports multiple attributes such as sale, rent, lease, commercial, or residential.
You can filter your inventory by sale type, price range, configuration (1 BHK, 2 BHK, etc.), and locality
so your team always sees exactly the stock they need to work on.
How does WhatsApp property sharing work from the Properties module?
From the Properties screen, you can select one or multiple listings and use the share action to send
formatted details on WhatsApp. Qvoo automatically prepares clean text with key highlights and links,
so your team doesn’t waste time copy-pasting data from Excel or images from galleries.
Can we import existing inventory from Excel or portal exports?
Yes. Qvoo supports template-based import so you can bring in hundreds or thousands of properties in one go.
You simply download the template, map your columns (like project name, location, budget, status), fill your data,
and upload it. You can also export the full inventory back to Excel anytime for reports or backups.
How many properties can the system handle?
The Properties module is designed for growth – from a small broker handling 50–100 listings to channel
partners and developer teams managing 5,000+ units across multiple projects. The search, filters, and tabs
are optimized so the module stays fast and usable even as your inventory grows.
Who in my team can see or edit properties?
Qvoo uses role-based permissions. Admins can decide who can add, edit, or delete properties, and who has
read-only access. This keeps sensitive information (like owner details or internal notes) restricted to the
right people, while still allowing your wider team to view and share listings.
What happens when a property is sold or no longer available?
When a deal is closed or a unit is no longer available, your team can move it to Sold or Archive using
status tabs. The record stays in the system for history and reporting, but your “Active” tab stays clean
so agents only work on live inventory.
Can my team manage properties from mobile while on site visits?
Yes. With the Qvoo mobile app, your team can view inventory, search by location or budget, and share
properties on WhatsApp directly from their phone during site visits. Any changes made on mobile are synced
back to the web app so everyone sees the same, updated inventory.
