Summary
Qvoo is a real estate CRM platform operated by S&B Innovations, serving clients primarily in India and Asia. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and other local laws. This policy explains how we secure client systems, when we access them, and your rights under applicable regulations.
Data Storage
Each client’s data is stored on a dedicated server purchased or provisioned for that client. Servers are secured with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring. Data is never co-mingled with other customers’ data.
Access & Support
We only log in to a client’s system when the client specifically requests support or changes. Access is temporary and fully under the client’s control:
- Clients provide temporary credentials or allow login only for the requested change.
- Clients may reset or change passwords at any time through the “forgot password” flow, which sends an OTP to the registered contact.
- We do not retain ongoing access once the requested changes are complete.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain our CRM services.
- Process transactions and send related information.
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages.
- Respond to your comments and questions.
- Improve our services and develop new features.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent.
- For legal compliance or to protect our rights and security.
- With trusted service providers who assist our operations (e.g., hosting, payments, communications).
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

For every client, data is stored on a dedicated server secured with these safeguards. We only log in to systems when clients request support and they remain in control of access credentials.
Cookies & Tracking
- Strictly necessary — login, authentication, and load balancing.
- Preferences — interface settings and locale.
- Analytics — performance and crash diagnostics.
- Marketing — limited to qvoo.io public site; not inside the CRM app.
We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and provide personalized content. You may control or disable cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact functionality.
Retention
Client data remains on the dedicated server for the subscription term. If services end, clients may export their data before termination. Temporary logs generated for support are cleared shortly after the task is completed.
Your Rights
- Access and review your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal requirements).
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out of marketing communications.
You may request correction, access, or erasure of your data in line with the DPDP Act and other regional data laws. Where we act only as a service provider, such requests should be made to the client organization, and we will support them in responding.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business users and not for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
