INVOICES MODULE
Invoices Module – Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about creating, branding, and tracking invoices inside Qvoo Real Estate CRM.
What does the Qvoo Invoices module help me do?
The Invoices module helps you create, organise, and track all your brokerage invoices in one place.
You can generate branded invoices linked to a specific client and property, mark them as Paid or Due,
and quickly see the commercial status of every deal.
Can I use my own letterhead and branding on invoices?
Yes. Using the Manage Letterhead option, you can upload your company letterhead and branding.
Every invoice generated from Qvoo will automatically use this design, so your documents always look
professional and consistent.
How do I create a new invoice?
Click on Create Invoice, fill in the billing details (client name, address, date),
add property information, enter your commission details, and choose whether to include tax.
Qvoo will calculate totals for you, and once saved, the invoice appears immediately in your invoices list.
Can I link an invoice to a specific property or deal?
Yes. While creating an invoice, you can add property-related data like project name, address, city,
state, and other details. This makes it easy to see which commission belongs to which unit, project,
or transaction later.
How are commission and taxes handled?
You can add your brokerage/commission amount and quantity directly in the invoice form.
If tax is applicable, simply tick the Include Tax option and Qvoo will automatically
calculate the subtotal and grand total – reducing manual calculations and errors.
How do I track which invoices are paid or pending?
Each invoice has a clear Status field (Due or Paid). In the invoices listing, you can quickly
see customer name, property, amount, and status at a glance, making it easy to follow up on pending
payments and keep your cash flow in check.
Can I view, download, or print invoices from Qvoo?
Yes. Once an invoice is created, you can open it from the list to view full details, then download or print it
as needed. You can also re-open an invoice to update details if there are changes agreed with the client.
Who in my team can create or edit invoices?
Access to invoicing can be controlled via roles and permissions configured in Qvoo.
Typically, admins and authorised finance or senior team members can create and edit invoices,
while others may have view-only access depending on how your organisation is set up.
