The Integrations Hub connects Qvoo CRM with external platforms like property portals, Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp, and other tools. Leads and data from these platforms flow directly into Qvoo, so you don’t have to manually download Excel files, import CSVs, or log in to multiple dashboards every day.

Which portals and platforms can I integrate with Qvoo?

Qvoo supports integrations with major real estate portals like 99acres and MagicBricks, Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp Connect or WhatsApp Business API, and other marketplace and software tools. New integrations are added over time, all visible under the “All Integrations” section in your CRM.

How does auto lead-capture from portals and ads work?

Once you connect a portal or ad account, any new enquiry generated there is automatically pushed into the Qvoo Leads module. The system captures key details like name, phone, email, source, and campaign info, and can tag the lead by portal so you know exactly where each enquiry came from — without manual entry.

What is the difference between “All Integrations” and “My Integrations”?

“All Integrations” shows the complete list of platforms that Qvoo can connect with — portals, ads, WhatsApp, and other apps. “My Integrations” shows only those connections that are already installed or configured for your account, along with options to Disconnect or Reconnect them whenever required.

Do I need a technical team to set up these integrations?

Most integrations are designed to be self-service. In many cases you simply log in to the portal or ad account, grant permissions, and Qvoo does the rest. For advanced setups like WhatsApp Business API or complex ad accounts, our team can assist with onboarding and best practices.

How does WhatsApp integration work with Qvoo?

With WhatsApp Connect or WhatsApp Business API linked, you can trigger messages directly from Qvoo leads, manage conversations against the correct contact, and even run bulk campaigns (depending on your plan). This keeps chat history, follow-ups, and responses mapped inside the CRM instead of scattered across multiple phones.

What happens if an integration is disconnected or my credentials change?

If an integration loses access (for example, password changed or access token expired), Qvoo will stop receiving new data from that source until it is reconnected. Existing leads and records in your CRM stay safe. You can go to “My Integrations”, click on the affected integration, and use the Reconnect option to restore the connection.

Is my data secure when I connect external platforms to Qvoo?

Yes. Qvoo uses secure APIs and follows best practices for authentication and permissions. Integrations are designed so that only the necessary data is synced, and all information is stored within your Qvoo account, not shared with other customers. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the “My Integrations” tab if you no longer wish to sync data.
