Why brokers love Qvoo Contacts
Why Qvoo’s Contacts Module Works So Well for Real Estate Teams
Most brokers live inside phonebooks, WhatsApp, and scattered Excel sheets. Qvoo’s Contacts module turns all
those numbers into a clean, central directory – so your team always knows exactly who they’re talking to and
where that relationship stands.
One source of truth for every relationship.
Store buyers, owners, tenants, channel partners, and investors in one organised place – no more duplicate numbers,
missing names, or “yeh kaun tha?” moments.
Context before every call.
See name, phone, WhatsApp, email, location, and when the contact was added – so telecallers and agents
always sound prepared, not random.
Built for Indian real estate workflows.
Capture multiple numbers, WhatsApp details, and granular area-level locations so you can segment
“South Bopal 2BHK buyers” separately from “Shilaj villa owners”.
Easy imports from Excel and other tools.
Bring existing phone lists, event data, and portal exports into Qvoo in a few clicks, using simple CSV/Excel templates.
Stronger handovers when team members change.
When an agent leaves, the relationship doesn’t go with their phone – the contact stays in Qvoo with full history.
Ready for leads, deals & campaigns.
Contacts sit at the centre of Qvoo – you can connect them to leads, properties, WhatsApp broadcasts,
and email campaigns without rebuilding lists every time.
In short, Qvoo’s Contacts module gives your brokerage a clean, dependable contact base – so every follow-up,
every campaign, and every deal starts from reliable data instead of guesswork.
Clean data foundation
A well-structured contacts base powers everything else – leads, properties, WhatsApp campaigns,
and reporting all rely on this single, unified list.
Faster outreach
Telecallers and BD teams can instantly pull the right segment – by city, area, or tag – so they spend
more time talking to people and less time hunting for numbers.
Team visibility
Managers can see who owns which relationships, where contacts are coming from, and whether data is up to date –
without asking for personal phone screenshots or Excel dumps.

CONTACTS MODULE
Contacts Module – Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about managing your entire contact book inside Qvoo Real Estate CRM.
What exactly does the Qvoo Contacts module do?
The Contacts module is your central address book for real estate. It lets you store and manage buyers,
owners, tenants, channel partners, and investors in one organised list – with name, phone, WhatsApp,
email, location, and created date. Every contact becomes the base for leads, follow-ups, and campaigns.
What is the difference between Contacts and Leads in Qvoo?
A contact is a person or organisation – someone you know or want to stay connected with long term.
A lead is a contact with an active requirement or inquiry. In Qvoo, you can keep a rich contact master
and then link those contacts to multiple leads, deals, site visits, or campaigns over time.
How do imports work for contacts?
You can import contacts using a simple CSV or Excel file. Just download the CSV template from the module,
fill in details like name, mobile, WhatsApp, email, and location, and upload it back into Qvoo.
Name and Mobile Number are mandatory fields to ensure clean and usable records.
Can I export my contacts from Qvoo?
Yes. At any time, you can export your full contact list (or a filtered segment) to Excel or CSV.
This is useful for external reports, backups, or sharing lists with management and partners when needed.
How does Qvoo handle duplicate contacts?
Because mobile number is a key field, Qvoo can help reduce duplicates by flagging records with the
same primary phone number. You can also clean up and merge data during imports using the template
so your team doesn’t end up calling the same person from three different entries.
Who in my team can see or edit contacts?
Qvoo uses role-based permissions. Admins can control who can add, edit, or delete contacts and who has
view-only access. This keeps sensitive information protected while still letting sales, telecallers,
and managers see the contacts they need for daily work.
How do contacts connect with leads, WhatsApp campaigns, and other modules?
Contacts sit at the centre of Qvoo. From a single contact, you can see linked leads, properties shared,
WhatsApp broadcasts, email campaigns, and notes. When you run bulk WhatsApp or calling campaigns,
you target segments built directly from the Contacts module – so every outreach is tied back to a real person.
Can my team manage contacts on mobile?
Yes. Using Qvoo on mobile, your team can quickly search contacts, view key details, and start calls or
WhatsApp chats directly from the record. Any updates made from mobile are synced back to the web app so
the entire team always sees the latest information.
