What does the Calendar module do inside Qvoo?

The Calendar module is your visual planner for all follow-ups, meetings, and site visits. It pulls scheduled activities from leads and tasks and shows them in Month, Week, and Day views, so your team always knows what needs to be done today, this week, and later in the month.

Can I filter the calendar by agent or activity type?

Yes. You can filter by activity type (follow-ups, site visits, completed activities) as well as by employee. Managers can quickly see each agent’s workload, and individual team members can focus on their own schedule.

How do I see follow-up details for a particular day?

Dates that have scheduled work are visually marked on the calendar. When you click or tap on a date, all follow-ups for that day appear as cards on the side. From there you can open full details, view history, or directly perform the follow-up.

Can I schedule new follow-ups or site visits from the Calendar?

Yes. Use the “Add Lead Follow-up” or “Add Lead Site Visit” buttons on the top right of the calendar. Select the lead, pick date and time, add a note, and the activity instantly appears on the calendar for you and your team.

Do I get reminders and notifications for upcoming activities?

Qvoo sends notifications for scheduled follow-ups and site visits on the web app, on desktop, and through the Qvoo mobile app. Even if you are travelling or on site, alerts keep you on top of time-sensitive calls and meetings.

How detailed is the Day view for daily planning?

The Day view shows your schedule as a time-based timeline – for example, 12:30 PM follow-up, 3:00 PM site visit, 5:15 PM callback. This helps you plan travel routes, avoid overlaps, and keep your working day crystal clear.

Is the Calendar connected to leads and tasks in Qvoo?

Yes. Every calendar entry is linked back to a lead or activity. When you open a follow-up from the calendar, you can see the full lead history, previous notes, and past interactions so your conversations are always contextual.

Can managers track overall team follow-ups from the Calendar?

Managers can switch the Calendar to “All employees” or select specific team members to see how many follow-ups and site visits are scheduled, completed, or overdue. This gives a real-time view of execution without needing separate Excel reports.
